Performing Sales Data Analysis with ArcGIS Insights Online

In this ArcGIS lab, you will play the role of a property assessor who needs to analyze and ground-truth home values in Bloomfield Township, Michigan, to ensure that property taxes are being distributed fairly. Using ArcGIS Insights, you will build a workbook that visualizes your data with a map, charts, indicator values, filters, and a table. You will then use the workbook to investigate sales ratios and outliers in the data. Finally, you will share your results as an interactive visualization tool and a model that assessors in your office can reuse with other datasets.
